Introduction to Complex Systems

Presented by Nick Bennett

This is a brief introduction to the fundamental concepts of complex systems, including differences between complicated and complex systems, and key characteristics of complex systems, with examples. Notice that this isn't a suitable introduction for stand-alone study; it's basically notes (fairly skeletal notes, at that) for a short guided tour, where the presenter is prepared to expand on what's written, and invite and respond to questions.

The presentation is packaged here as a folder containing the PowerPoint presentation and all supporting video files, all in a compressed .zip file. To view the presentation, first download the .zip file and extract its contents, making sure to preserve the directory structure within; one of the extracted files is the .ppt (presentation) file, which can be launched with PowerPoint.
